2. Floor Plans and Dimensions

The floor plans, room sizes, and configurations shown on this website are indicative of the intended layouts but are subject to minor adjustments as the build progresses. Measurements, area calculations (square footage/square meters), and garden boundaries are taken from architectural drafts and should be treated as approximate values only. Actual built dimensions may vary by a reasonable tolerance (+/- 5%) due to construction tolerances and wall finishes.

Detailed layouts, including the swing direction of doors, the layout of kitchen worktops/cabinetry, and the positioning of sanitaryware in bathrooms, are shown as examples. The sales team can provide final building plans to interested buyers upon request prior to plot reservation.

3. Specifications and Finishes

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or alter the specifications, brands, fixtures, fittings, and finishes described on this website without prior notice. While we strive to source high-quality materials and appliances (such as integrated kitchen equipment and designer sanitaryware) matching those detailed in our Specifications section, exact brands or models are subject to supplier availability. Any replacements will be of a similar or superior standard.

Choices of interior finishes (such as tiling, carpets, paint, and kitchen cabinets) may be offered to buyers who purchase properties off-plan at an early stage of construction, subject to build deadlines.
